What you need (for a batch to serve 8):
Place the juice in a small cooking pot on a low heat. Stir in the syrup until it combines with the juice. Place in everything else with a lid on and let it sit for half an hour to let it all infuse. For each serving, pour 150 ml of the batched mulled juice into a glass with 1 shot of your favourite Gin. Garnish each serving with another clove studded lemon slice.
